Refund & Cancellations Policy
At Fascinate Yourself, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the expectations of our clients. Due to the nature of our business, particularly in customized and bulk orders, we enforce a no-refund, no-return policy to ensure clarity and prevent any disputes. We strongly encourage all clients to thoroughly review product specifications before confirming any orders.
B2B Orders (Business to Business)All Sales Are Final: Once a B2B order is confirmed, no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. This applies to all bulk, customized, or standard product orders. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review all details before placing the order.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products:Quality Control & Inspection: Our products undergo a thorough quality control process before dispatch to ensure they meet the agreed specifications. The buyer is encouraged to request product samples and verify all details (size, material, color) before finalizing any bulk or custom order.
No Returns for Variations:Minor differences in color, size, or fabric due to standard manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects and are not grounds for return. These variations are normal in production and will not be accepted as reasons for a refund or exchange.
Export Orders & Irrevocable LC: For international orders paid via Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC), once the LC is issued and shipment is made, no refunds or returns are allowed. The LC terms will be strictly adhered to, ensuring both parties are secure in the transaction.
B2C Orders (Business to Consumer)No Refunds on Custom Products: For all B2C orders involving custom-made products (e.g., tailored clothing, special designs), no refunds or returns will be accepted. Customers are advised to double-check their sizes, preferences, and order details before placing a custom order.
Ready-Made Products: For non-custom products, such as ready-made clothing, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be granted unless there is a significant manufacturing defect that we, at our sole discretion, confirm upon inspection.
No Returns on Discounted or Final Sale Items: All items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales are final sale and non-returnable.
Conditions for Refunds and Returns (B2B & B2C)No Refunds for Damage or Defects Post-Delivery: Once the goods are delivered, the buyer is responsible for inspecting them immediately. Any claims for damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours with clear evidence (e.g., photos). However, we reserve the right to reject any claims unless the defect is proven to be a significant manufacturing fault.
No Returns for Minor Issues: Any minor issues such as slight fabric variations, color changes due to lighting or display settings, or slight measurement differences due to normal manufacturing processes will not be accepted as valid reasons for returns or refunds.
No Refunds for Delays: We make every effort to deliver on time, but no refunds or cancellations will be allowed for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen production slowdowns.
No Unauthorized ReturnsPre-Approval Required: Any returns attempted without written pre-approval from Fascinate Yourself will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense. Unauthorized returns will result in no refund or exchange.
Customer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping: In the rare case where a return is approved (e.g., for a confirmed, significant defect), the buyer will bear all return shipping costs. Refunds (if any) will only be processed after the goods are received, inspected, and confirmed as defective by our team.
Final Sale Terms (Strict No-Return Policy)Order Confirmation is Binding: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is final and binding. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to our strict no-refund, no-return policy and acknowledges that no claims will be entertained post-shipment unless a significant manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or additional fees at the destination. No refunds will be issued if the buyer refuses delivery due to customs issues or import costs.
No Returns for Disliked Products: Returns or refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., "I don’t like the product" or "It doesn’t fit as expected") will not be accepted. We advise all buyers to be certain about their orders before confirming the purchase.
